1. How often do I need to drain and refill my spa?

Your spa should be drained and refilled every 3 to 4 months, depending on how often the spa is used and the number of people using it.
 
2. When do I need to clean my filters?

Spa filters need to be rinsed about every 2 weeks, depending on the usage of the spa. They should be chemically cleaned every 3 to 4 months. It is good to chemically clean your filters when you drain and refill your spa.
 
3. Why do I use so much pH decreaser whenever I refill my spa?

Fresh water tends to have high alkalinity and pH. It may take a lot of pH decreaser, added gradually over a few days, to lower your alkalinity and pH to the optimum levels.
